Another great  maternity session  with  family  from long island  city. Family  expecting baby  girl  january 13.We  had so much fun that  day. Her  husbant was taking pictures of  me when i was photographing  her.I  can  wait to see those images.I will upload   those images here.

Daughters wedding

We had  our  daughters  wedding november 1st.  Everything  was  great. Weather was nice. Bride had  amazing dress from “Demetrios – Ultra Sophisticates Style No. 1381 “

few hours at Old WestburyGardens

Thursday i went to Old  Westbury   Gardens  on long island. Great place to relax and take   photographs. Autumn  Colors  are  beautiful  right now.

Old Westbury Gardens is the former estate of John Shaffer Phipps (1874-1958), heir to a U.S. Steel fortune, in Nassau County, New York. It has been open to the public for tours since 1959.

The gardens are located at 71 Old Westbury Road in Old Westbury, New York.

Work on the estate began in 1903, when Phipps promised his British fiancee Margarita he would build her a home in the United States that resembled her family estate in Battle Abbey. The estate was ready for Phipps, his wife and their children in 1906.

Westbury House, the Charles II-style mansion designed by George A. Crawley, contains 23 rooms. The grounds cover 160 acres.

The estate is open to the public daily except Tuesdays from late April through October. An entrance fee is charged.

Scenes of the driveway were used in the 1970 film Love Story to depict the entrance to the home of Ryan O’Neal’s character.

Other movies filmed on the grounds include North by Northwest, Age of Innocence, Wolf, Hitch, Cruel Intentions, 8MM, Bernard and Doris, American Gangster, and To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar. Scenes from the television series, Royal Pains also used the location in filming.^{[1]   more  here}

Thank you so much for such a great time – I never thought we will have such a special time during the maternity photoshoot – I think it was actually one of the best moments of the whole pregnancy!!!!! I will totally recommend it to my friends, I just feel maternity session is such a great bonding experience for couples and a baby!!!! I am looking forward to newborn session with you – hopefully we will be healthy, happy and able to do that!

Ted was really happy to meet you, too – at first, he was a little skeptical about photoshoot, but I could see that he was truly enjoying it! And now, when we came home, he can’t stop talking about newborn session, and how he wants to showcase the baby and his hands – LOL.

Newborn sessions are my favorite. To capture the most “new born” innocense and the most beautiful infant photos it is important to book a session while the baby is between 6 and 14 days old. In the first month, the baby changes quickly, and if you wait longer than 14 days, you may lose the opportunity to take quality photographic memories of your child at that wonderful “new born” stage.  In the first two weeks, the newborn spends much time sleeping. Sleeping babies are the most photogenic. If you consult my website, you will find wonderful pictures of newborns when they are sleeping. When they are asleep, they can be positioned in different ways to produce a variety of pictures. Sometimes, a newborn that is dreaming can make irresistable smiling faces or cute sad faces.
